ESL Office Overview

ESLOffice is a suite of Employer Stop Loss management applications that provide workflow solutions for the underwriting and administration of Medical Stop Loss and Group Term Life policies and the accurate and efficient management of Medical Stop Loss business.

Contact Management is a central application linking business partners to marketing, underwriting, and administration.

   
Underwriting is an integrated solution to the process of quote management, rate calculation, and proposal preparation.
   
Contracts is a contract administration application for medical stop-loss and group term-life policies. Accounts sold in Underwriting transfer all terms, rates, and factors directly into Contracts. This application is integrated with the Contact Management application, which stores information about producers, administrators, offices, underwriters.
   
Accounting provides administration capability for maintaining all records for premiums collection, fee payout, claim reimbursements, and reinsurer reporting.
   
Claims provides complete auditing and reporting of Specific and Aggregate claims for reimbursement and reinsurance activities.
   
Block Analysis combines all the information processed in administration, for example, Contracts, Premium, and Claims, and captures the data in a data warehouse for analysis and reporting on any one case or a group of cases in a user-defined block.
