TPA Office Overview

TPAOffice is an integrated suite of applications designed specifically for Third Party Administrators (TPAs). It allows TPAs to easily and efficiently manage the interaction and communication between them and the producer, broker, or client and between them and the insurance carrier or market.

The Contact Management component of TPAOffice is a central application linking business partners to marketing, underwriting, and administration.

   
Request For Proposal is a sales and marketing application for managing the communication of case information and proposals from carriers and markets to producers, brokers and clients.
   
Client Service Management is an administrative application for managing internal and external communication of implementation, policy terms, fee distribution, and benefit plans.
   
Claim Reporting and Recovery is an administrative application for managing the communication, reporting, and recovery of specific and aggregate stop-loss claim submissions, receivables, pending claims and denials, and recoveries with carriers.
